Anne M. DeFrancesco

Anne has over 25 years of experience as a corporate executive, leadership consultant and executive coach. In addition to her highly successful consulting work, Anne serves on the Arbella Insurance Company Board of Directors.

Anneís first hand leadership experiences include HRD Wang Laboratories Sales and Support, VP HR American International Group, SVP Training and Education Bank of Ireland/First Holdings, and Arbella Planning and Compensation Committees. This experience along with her personal commitment to clients' distinguishes her work from that of most consultants.

Anne works nationally and internationally with a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Retail and Technology. Her clients include: Blue Cross Blue Shield MA, Brooks Automation, Capital District Physicianís Health Plan, Ernst & Young LLP, Federal Reserve Banks, Harvard Medical School, Hunt Alternatives Fund, Lennox International, Medtronic, Philips, SwissRe, Novartis, UCB Pharma, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, TJX Companies, and others

Anne has worked and consulted in some of the most challenging business environments: re-organizations, mergers and acquisitions, downsizing and company closings. She has provided comprehensive assessment, coaching, training and facilitation to individuals, teams and organizations. She is often called upon to guide organizations through the leadership implications of change. Her assignments have included guiding individuals and teams to define the skills and behaviors unique to their organizationís success. And, applying these defined practices to, selection, assimilation, coaching and development strategies.

Her research and key note presentations include Best Practices for CFO, Sales Leaders, HR Leaders, and Senior Management; Best Practices by Industry for Insurance, Higher Education, High Tech, Pharmaceutical, and Legal; and topics such as decision making in a matrix organization.

Anne holds a Bachelors degree from Boston College (summa cum laude) and a Masters degree in Career and Organizational Development from Northeastern University. She has also served as NEC Thesis Advisor for Master of Science in Management Degree Programs.
